オーディオ向けUSBケーブル YATONO USB-V2  (USB 2.0対応)

The YATONO USB-V2 is an audio USB cable compatible with the increasingly popular Type-C connector, featuring an updated cable material from the previous YATONO-USB.

・The high-quality sound processing was also redesigned, incorporating the advanced sound quality technology introduced in the development of the MURAKUMO2-USB.

・Connectors can be selected from Type-C, Standard-A, and Standard-B.

・Developed specifically for audio applications with a focus on sound quality. It uses Brise Audio's original cable material, the same as that used in the ACCURATE-USB and MURAKUMO-USB.
　The conductor uses a special high-performance single-crystal copper, with a dual shield consisting of an OFC braided shield around the cable perimeter and an aluminum foil/PET composite film shield.
　Additionally, the core wire for data transmission is equipped with an extra OFC braided shield to protect against external noise as well as mutual interference between the power line and data transmission line.
The data lines are designed with a differential impedance of 90Ω, and the transmission specifications comply with standard USB cable requirements.

　The sound quality is fine-tuned using Brise Audio's proprietary high-quality sound enhancement technology, which includes several materials such as specially developed CNT material※1 and BS sheet※2.
For the YATONO USB-V2, the ultra-high-cost special material used in the MURAKUMO2-USB was selectively applied to specific areas to maximize its effectiveness.

　The Type-C to C cable supports USB-PD, enabling automatic recognition of the upstream host side (Source) and downstream device side (Sink) through communication between devices.

　The Type-C to C OTG cable does not support USB-PD, and recognizes the first connected device as the host side.

At Brise Audio, we developed an original cable material for USB cables that is designed specifically for audio use, with a focus on sound quality, to accommodate the increasingly popular Type-C connector.
You can choose from Type-C, Standard-A, and Standard-B connectors.

A special high-performance single-crystal copper is used as the conductor.
In addition to a dual shield consisting of an OFC braided shield around the cable perimeter and an aluminum foil/PET composite film shield,
the core wire for data transmission is further protected with an additional OFC braided shield. This setup mitigates not only external noise but also mutual interference between the power line and data transmission line.

Furthermore, the sound quality has been fine-tuned using Brise Audio's proprietary high-quality sound enhancement technology, which includes several materials such as specially developed CNT material※1 and BS sheet※2.
For the YATONO USB-V2, the ultra-high-cost special material used in the MURAKUMO2-USB was carefully applied to select areas to maximize its effectiveness.
The YATONO-grade home audio cables are designed to deliver greater impact when paired with audio systems in the mid to high-end range.

試聴と実験を繰り返すことで、DACを始めアナログ回路近傍を従来のデジタル伝送であるS/PDIFやAES以上の高い高周波を伝送するUSBケーブルでは、従来のデータ伝送に求められる要求に加えオーディオ機器へ与える音質の影響に対し、非常にセンシティブな対策が求められる事がわかりました。
Brise Audio's USB cables are developed based on the expertise gained from those experiments.

To leverage the superior properties of CNT, we developed the optimal material through joint testing and comparative listening sessions in collaboration with a national research institution and a partnering material manufacturer.
Some of the representative properties of CNT include 20 times the strength of steel, 10 times the thermal conductivity of copper, and half the density of aluminum. It also has excellent shielding capabilities and various other useful physical properties.

When connecting dual-role devices, such as a smartphone and an Android-equipped DAP, which can act as both host and device,
　仕様上ホスト側がランダムで決まる場合があります。
If the smartphone does not become the host, try disconnecting and reconnecting the cable to allow for re-recognition.

【 Specifications of Type-C to C OTG Cable 】
　USB-PD非対応
　Type-C to C OTGケーブル自体に方向性はありませんが、先にコネクタを挿した側がホスト側として動作します。
　例えば、スマートフォンとAndroid搭載DAPを接続する場合は、先にホスト側となるスマートフォンにコネクタを接続し、その後にDAPを接続するようにお使いください。

The Standard-A and Standard-B connectors use original connectors with metal shells. The Type-C connector was also originally developed to accommodate the custom cable material. All USB connectors are gold-plated.
