平素よりBrise Audio製品をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 このたび弊社製品「MIKAGE」において、Sennheiser製イヤホンとの接続時に音が途切れるといった相性問題が確認されました。その他の通常のMMCX対応イヤホンとの接続では、この問題は発生しておりません。 現在、使用するコネクタを変更して適合を高めた改善品の製造に着手しており、10月中を目処に順次改善品に販売切り替えを行う予定です。 初期製造品をご購入頂き、上記の問題が発生したお客様につきましては、2026年8月31日までの期間、改善品への無償交換対応を行います。また、Sennheiser製イヤホン以外の組み合わせで使用されているなど、本問題の影響が無い場合でも無償交換対応が可能です。 交換手続きの詳細につきましては改善品の準備が整い次第、後日弊社公式サイトなどにてご案内いたします。 なお、「MIKAGE 2PINバージョン」につきましては本問題の影響はなく、従来通り販売を継続いたします。 お客様には多大なるご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを深くお詫び申し上げます。今後とも弊社製品を安心してお使いいただけるよう、品質向上に努めてまいります。
