wire material

The OROCHI-Ultimate earphone re-cable uses the same wire material used in the MURAKUMO2 for IEM, which is made to order as a top-of-the-line concept model not normally sold.

BriseAudio Portable Audio Cable Ultimate Grade High Quality Sound Processing

Contents will change depending on the wire material and cable type. The image shows the standard high quality sound processing structure partially used in Brise Audio Ultimate grade cables.

We have developed a new high sound quality processing exclusively for OROCHI. New materials are newly adopted and designed to maximize the potential of OROCHI.

Adoption of conventional materials such as BS sheets, CNT (carbon nanotubes), and electromagnetic wave absorbing shield materials.
With the addition of two new materials and three years of trial and error, it has finally been perfected as a super high-end cable.

Uncompromising parts developed exclusively for Ultimate grade

The parts newly adopted for the Ultimate grade were developed with additional know-how gained and without compromising on time and cost. The result is not only in terms of sound quality, but also in terms of the extremely high quality of the finished product.

The cable sliders used in the Ultimate grade are,machined from OFC and finished with 24-karat gold coating. This is also effective in terms of sound quality, and was adjusted by comparing various materials, shapes, and surface finishes. This is also a part of the finishing process that we have taken into consideration.

For the shape-retaining wire for the earpiece, we have adopted a titanium wire that has been specially treated after evaluating the sound quality and selecting the material. This enables the wire to support both the handling around the ear and the sound quality.

 Various original high-quality connectors, including MMCX, 2PIN, A2DC, and PentaconnEar, are utilized.(For other terminals,please contact us.)
We have newly developed original terminals for the Ultimate grade, including MMCX, CIEM 2pin, A2DC, and PentaconnEar (featuring OFC shafts manufactured by Nippon Dics). All of these connectors utilize shells made from precision-machined OFC. After an extended development period, we have achieved connectors with exceptionally high levels of sound quality and finish. Additionally, connectors for FitEar (with original FitEar pins and resin shells), IER-Z1R, and others are available. The photo shows an example of these connectors attached to the YATONO-Ultimate.

High-quality original OFC (oxygen-free copper) plugs are available in two types: 5-pole 4.4mm and 3-pole 3.5mm straight type.
The OROCHI-Ultimate features Pentaconn OFC plugs manufactured by Nippon Dics, customized to our specific specifications.
Furthermore, the shell (outer casing) is crafted from precision-machined OFC.
The plug has a very luxurious feel and high quality finish, and you can hear a big advantage in sound quality compared to the average plugs on the market.
Furthermore, two new materials have been added to the OROCHI-Ultimate from the inside of the plug to the vicinity to maximize the potential of the OROCHI.
The plug shell is precision-machined from OFC and finished with 24-karat gold coating.
