故障内容欄には、［改善品交換］と入力をお願いいたします。 本問題については、2026年8月31日までの期間、改善品への無償交換対応を行います。

We will also provide a free replacement even if you are using the cable with earphones other than Sennheiser products or if the issue does not affect your setup.

お手元のケーブル本体・箱・保証書をお送りいただければ、到着後に改善品へ交換し、速やかに返送いたします。
