We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the handling of our demo cables.
At Brise Audio, we occasionally lend demo cables free of charge to our distributors and retailers. Please note that the ownership of these demo cables remains with us, and selling demo cables provided on loan to customers is strictly prohibited.
Recently, during the transition from an old distributor to a new one in a specific country, we discovered that one of our demo cables, which was provided as a loan, had been sold. This issue came to our attention through a support request from a customer who had purchased the demo cable.
Please be advised that we do not offer support for demo cables that have been sold improperly. In this case, we have asked the former distributor to take the following actions:
1. Promptly return the demo cable (in this case, the SHIROGANE 8-wire Ultimate) to Brise Audio.
2. Refund the selling price to the customer who purchased the demo cable and facilitate the return of the product.
Please note that not all demo cables are provided free of charge. In some cases, demo cables are purchased by distributors, and in such cases, these cables can be sold to customers after the exhibition period, with an attached warranty. Demo cables sold through proper channels are covered by a warranty, so you can rest assured when purchasing through authorized means.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter as we continue to ensure smooth operations with our new distributor.
